We will be launching something soon whereby you can send us the birthday of those near and dear to you and we will remind you nearer the time of some potential products/designs to consider. All you need to do is at the checkout, specify the delivery address, if it differs from the billing address and we will ship it to them directly. We will follow your instructions, always.
What happens if I need to return a product?
This is normal for any clothing website. Sometimes, things don’t fit as you hope or expect. Maybe you need a bigger or smaller size. Maybe it just wasn’t what you had hoped it would be. That is fine. We want you to be happy bears. We will do whatever it takes to ensure this is the case. All we ask, assuming it is not faulty is that it can be resold and not worn, other than to try it on. If it is faulty, we will organise a replacement to come to you as soon as we can get it to you.
What happens after I place an order?
At the end of every day, a list of all orders is sent to our supplier(s) for fulfilment by our supplier. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our suppliers like many employers are working with a limited staff due to social distancing.
When will I receive my order?
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our suppliers are working with limited staff and this is manned up/down based on volume of orders. To manage expectations, we would expect you to receive your order within 7 – 14 days. However in many cases, it will be closer to 3 – 5 days!
Can I track my order?
Once we receive your order, all the details are sent to our supplier to fulfil. That means we don’t sit with lots of stock ready to go. Once your purchase has been completed, usually within 2 – 5 days, our carrier will collect your purchase for delivery. At this stage, you will be sent regular messages, usually via SMS to keep you informed of your order. This will be right up to the point of delivery. We will track that you have received your order as expected.
What happens if there is an issue with my product?
In the first instance, relax, don’t worry. If there is an issue with your purchase, whether that is the wrong product received or there is an issue with the colour or design, we will resolve this to your satisfactory conclusion. Please contact us directly and we will resolve any issues in the soonest possible time.
How can I maintain the quality of my purchase?
This is a simple one. Always follow the wash label instructions if unsure. If you do so, then this will extend the life of your clothing garment for all long as possible. This is really important you us here at RTID.
What happens if the design comes away from my t-shirt?
The way we add the designs to the t-shirts/hoodies/other clothing garments minimise this being possible to happen. The biggest issue here is “throwing” your clothing garment into the tumble dryer. This will most definitely cause an issue, which is why we state here not to do so. Please air dry at all times to extend the life of your purchase.
For embroidered designs, this is clearly not an issue but once again, we ask that you follow the wash instructions at all times.
