Do you ship out with the UK?
No we do not at the moment. This will likely change and the details will be added here and when you add to basket, you will be give a choice on selected countries to ship to. This will reflect the delivery & shipping costs, especially to the E.U now have have left as part of the Brexit deal.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been received?
To manage expectations we advise that your order can take between 7 – 14 working days, not including weekends. This is to factor in our suppliers challenges fulfilling orders with social distancing in place and less staff to fulfil the orders. However in many cases, your order will be despatched within 2 – 4 working days. Once despatched, it will be trackable by you and received the following day. Please allow 7 working days from your order date for it to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive by this date, please contact us with your order number and we will chase this up for you.
What & where does your Standard Delivery cover?
As mentioned previously, our flat rate delivery, we will aim to get your product to you within 7 working days from your order date. In many cases, you will receive your order within a matter of 3 – 5 days. However we are factoring in the Covid effect and limited staff to fulfil your order due to social distancing rules. Delivery is generally Monday to Friday, however we are currently looking to deliver on a Saturday too, more details to follow. (This does not include Public Holidays!)
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
At this moment in time, we cannot fulfil a next day delivery service. In time, once we establish what is selling the most, we can have stock ready and waiting to be shipped. Then we can consider potentially a next day delivery service however there is likely to be an increased cost for this faster delivery service. If, for example you need it for a birthday or gift, please add a note and the date you need it for and we will do everything in our power to get this to you by the date required. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. It is/will always be our intention to get your purchases sent to you as quickly as is possible, however there are external factors that we cannot control. We will update the delivery details here and also when we communicate to you as the order is progressing.
Can I track my order for a delivery date?
We will be making this process as transparent as we can. You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email from us once your order is on its way.
Our suppliers carriers use a full tracking service. So from the point of collection from our suppliers, you will receive regular communication via SMS & email to keep you up to date with when your delivery will arrive. Generally, unless otherwise stated, you will receive your order the next day, after the carrier has collected your products for delivery.
