Returns Policy

If you have a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us via the messenger app on our website. We can then establish the quickest way to resolve this to your satisfaction.

The returns process and timeframe is usually the reverse of the ordering timeframes. It can take up to 7 working days (not including bank holidays) from the date of your returned parcel is delivered back to us. We will confirm receipt and replace or refund within 3 working days.

* Note banks take up to 5 working days to process refunds.

If the item is faulty or incorrect/incomplete, we will organise a replacement/missing product(s) to come to you as soon as we possibly can get it to you. If you require a refund we will process this as soon as the returned products are received and checked our end. If a refund is the outcome, then this will also include the delivery fee too.

It is our intention to make you a happy bear/bearette. This means we will do whatever it takes to assist you in any way we can. Any exchange is based on the product being returned & received our end in the same condition it was sent to you, pristine and resellable.

We understand sometimes you change your mind. Or buy a product and it simply does not fit. We would really need to understand your reason for returning before we can provide you with an answer. All our clothing and accessories are made to order. We do not currently hold stock and with that, it is specific to you in terms of size colour and design. Generally unless faulty, we will not accept returns or exchanges as we cannot resell products. We will treat every case individually however. Please contact us here and we will consider the best options we can to ensure you are happy.

Our aim/goal is for you to be happy, delighted even with your purchase. We want you to shout from the rooftops about your purchase and experience with us.
